Property Management

We offer long-term renting with paying attention to finding quality tenants.

During the last 15 years our professional team has served lots of property owners and investors. Our main goal is to provide the highest quality services in traditional property management tasks.

We do not have hundreds of partners, but we know our partners personaly who are loyal to us because we treat their properties as our own !

We offer a full management service.

Our colleagues responsibility is to manage all maintenance, rent and financial settlement related issues of the property.

1. We put together a proposal in relation of necessary measures, maintenance, small fixes. 

2. We take active part in finding of the best tenant.

3. Our service includes online marketing activities in order to achieve the fastest return of property investment.

4. We advertise the properties by Viktoria on all the important websites for rent in cooperation with our property agent partners.

Our responsibilities include every task related to the preservation of property value, maintenance, utilization and management.

• renting and all tenant related administration,

• settling running costs during rental periods and in between.

• periodic property inspection,

• apartment maintenance and quick fixings,

• communication with: common representatives, utility companies, tenants, local authorities, neighbors, etc.

• representation on condominium general meetings

• renovation and construction with direct supervision,

• furnishing and interior design,

• insurance

Most of our clients live abroad, so it is important to us to ensure that they do not have to look anywhere else for services in relation of their property.

COMPANY'S FEES:

• Management fee is 10% (for owner's with 5 or more apartments it may be reduced to 7%) at least 15.000 HUF / month.

We charge management fee only for rented periods!

• Rent commission: one month rent fee

27% V.A.T. must be added to all of our service charges according to current Hungarian legislation !
